What is a Soul Remembering?

If you’ve ever felt lost in life, like you can’t connect with a purpose, and you lack feeling satisfied and fulfilled by your work, you may need a soul remembering.

Sandra Ingerman describes this healing as journeying back in time to when the client’s soul was deciding to incarnate in this lifetime on Earth.  We can ask things like:

  1. What most excites you?

  2. What are you most passionate about?

  3. How will you find joy, do you expect?

Oftentimes, my client’s soul will not answer in words, but in images.  I will see a vibrant meadow, where the varied colors of the flowers are so striking, they take my breath away.  Or I will see her holding an infant, smiling ear-to-ear with the joys of motherhood.  Or I might see him valiantly rescuing animals during a hurricane.  I will bring this image and the purpose back with me to restore my client’s memory of their soul’s passion for this life.  I usually deliver the image via a Canva file for my client to refer to and spend time with everyday.

I honor and recognize the ancestors of this Land,
the native peoples of New Mexico
  1. The 19 Pueblo Tribes: Acoma, Cochiti, Isleta, Jemez, Laguna, Nambe, Ohkay Owingeh, Picuris, Pojoaque, Sandia, San Felipe, San Ildefonso, Santa Ana, Santa Clara, Santo Domingo, Taos, Tesuque, Zuni and Zia

  2. The 3 Apache Tribes: Fort Sill, Jicarilla, and Mescalero

  3. The Navajo (Dineh) Nation
